Montgomery Sportsmens Club Team Trap Tournament Registration

Please join us in celebrating our 90th Kolacky Days Celebration by participating in an activity that dates back to our town’s first festival in 1929. To honor our festival pioneers, the Montgomery Sportsmen’s Club (MSC) will be sponsoring and running a Team Trap Tournament. MSC takes pride in operating a safe and efficient trap range environment for people of all ages and experience levels. Each team of 5 will shoot 25 rounds at each of the three trap fields. During the tournament, a food truck (Wakey Wakey) will be available on site for food/beverage. Conveniently located just one block south of Memorial Park (located off State Highway 21 South of Montgomery)! We hope to see you there!

Montgomery is a short drive south of the Twin Cities, located 20 miles south of Prior Lake on MN Hwy. 13, and 20 miles northwest of Faribault on MN Hwy. 21.

  1.       On-Site Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Montgomery Trap Range, 608 Montgomery Ave. SE, Montgomery, MN 56069

    2.      Shooting will begin at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, July 27, 2024.  We will cancel only if there are severe storms with lightning, otherwise dress accordingly. 

    3.      Eye/Ear protection and closed toe shoes required

    4.      This is a 75 target event, with one round completed at each of the 3 fields

    5.      Cost is $150.00 per Team of 5 which includes targets (shells are ‘bring your own’). Shot Sizes 7-9 Only

    6.      Lewis Class Awards with 3 Divisions

    7.      Team Medals will be given to the Top 3 Teams per Division.

    8.      Zero Tolerance Alcohol Policy

    9.      If your team needs a specific time reserved for your team shoot, please email jtrnka@mchsi.com for availability, otherwise we will shoot on a first come first serve basis.
